Overview
The US Green Card Lottery Program, known as DV (Diversity Visa) Lottery program, is a good opportunity for potential immigrants to obtain the status as a permanent legal resident of the USA. This program runs each year and provides 50,000 "Green Cards" to applicants randomly selected in a lottery process.

How it Works ?This official program will make permanent residence visas available to persons meeting the simple, but strict, eligibility requirements. Applicants for Diversity Visa are chosen by a computer-generated random lottery drawing. The U.S. government makes available 50,000 permanent residence visas each year for this program. Application to this program is open for all individuals worldwide that fulfill the two basic entry requirements. The visas are distributed among six geographic regions with a greater number of visas going to regions with lower rates of immigration, and with no visas going to citizens of countries sending more than 50,000 immigrants to the U.S. in the past five years. Within each region, no one country may receive more than seven percent of the available Diversity Visas in any one year.

Eye diseases :Multifactorial disease?

Some diseases are called multifactorial because they are due to the interaction between genetic events and environmental factors. These are common diseases, present in one in 50 or 100 in the population such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, some cancer and certain psychiatric illnesses like schizophrenia.

Why do we say that these diseases have a genetic component?
The most important argument is the existence of familial cases, with several people with the disease in different generations. Further study of twins that are genetically identical, shows that if one twin is affected with the disease the second is more likely to develop the disease than other siblings or fraternal twins. So although genetic factors are involved.
How Genoa are involved in each of these diseases? We do not yet know.
Does eye diseases been among multifactorial diseases?
In my family my father wore glasses and all my brothers (4). I wear them some twenty years ago . Today my wife whose father suffers eye disease  wears glassses also .Now all our four children are with glasses.

The worth of our hands depends on how we use them.

-The ball of basketball in my hands is worth 10 dollars. In the hands of Kobe Bryant , it may be worth 1000 000 dollars .However, In the hands of Michael Jordan, it is worth about 33 million dollars. Everything depends on the hands that hold it.

-A pen in my hands is worth about 1 dollar. A pen in the hands of a writer, is a bestseller millions. In the hands of Obama can give to millions health care. However in the hands of somebody it can steal millions to people while in others it seals the union of a couple. Everything depends on the hands that hold it.
-A tennis racket in my hands is worth nothing. In the hands of Venus Williams is a winning formula. Everything depends on the hands that hold it.
-A stick in my hands I used to hunt wild animals. In the hands of Moses it will do miracles and cleave the sea in two. Everything depends on the hands that hold it.
-A slingshot in my hands is a toy. In the hands of David is a formidable weapon who defeated Goliath. Everything depends on the hands that use it.
-Two small fish and 5 pieces of bread in my hands can feed my family. In the hands of Jesus Christ thousands eat and be satisfied.
-Nails in my hands can be used to make a bench or chair. Nails of the hands of Jesus Christ will produce salvation for the world. Everything depends on the hands where they are.
As you can see it now all depends on the hands that take care of work. Put on your worries, your fears, your obstacles, your family, your relationships, your ambitions and your life in Jesus, hands because .
Everything depends on the hands in which everything is ...
What is the worth of your hands?
work,shake hands,drive your life,hep pedestrians cross the road,but do not steal;harm;kill,rape.....

Health Care Reform

The health reform in the United States of America has raised many debates. from the White House, through the congress and the senate, until the U.S. population, several positions are taken for this reform.Even more , manifestations of those who approve and those against had taken place. This reform, can help 45 million Americans who have no medical insurance receive medical coverage.
What will be the case with other private insurers?
What will be the amount of expenditure for the reform?
BUT WHAT ABOUT AUTO INSURANCE?
I think we must also reform the auto insurance.
There was an estimated 244.2 million number of motor vehicles registered in the United States in 2006.(http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/).
This number must be greatly exceeded in 2009. Let me estimate it at 300 million to date.
Suppose that each motor vehicle owner pay $ 2 only per month for his auto insurance, this would be 600 million dollars per month or 600,000,000 X 12 = 7 billion 200 million per year.
How many of these insurance companies spend per year?
How many accidents there are per year?
Don't you see that the auto insurance need a reform too?
I pay my insurance 8 years ago without being involved in one accident, 187.00 dollars monthly for my three vehicles and receives only a reduction of $ 1 every every six month.
Can somebody help me find a good auto insurance company?

Three deaf story

It is the story of a woman. She was deaf, so deaf that she heard nothing. Every morning she carried her child on her back and she went to his field. She had a huge field of peanuts. And one morning she was there, quietly working in his field, comes a gentleman. A man so deaf that he did nothing. And this gentleman was looking for his sheep. Listen well! He spoke to the lady:
"Madam, I am looking for my sheep, their footsteps have led me to your field. why could you not help me find them? Moreover, there is my good sheep among them, and s a wounded sheep,it easy to recognise them. Madam, if you help me find my sheep, I will give to you the wounded one.
"My field stops there!"
But she, heard nothing, understood nothing, she thought that the gentleman asked him just how far the field stop. She turned to say:
My field stops there. "The man followed the direction indicated by the woman and by a curious coincidence he found his sheep grazing quietly behind a bush. All the content is assembled and came back to the lady with the injured sheep. But , having heard nothing, understood nothing, she thought that this man accused of wounding his sheep. Then she got angry:
"Sir, I do not hurt your sheep. Go blame whomever you want but not me. Besides , I've never seen your sheep. "The gentleman when he saw that the woman angry, he thought that this woman did not want the wounded sheep but she wanted a bigger sheep . And in is turn, he got angry.
"Madam, is this sheep that I have promised you. There is no question that I give you the biggest of my sheep. "Both got angry, they are annoyed to the point that they finally get to court. And the court in the Africa of long ago, this happened on the village square in the shadow of a large tree, the palaver tree most often a baobab tree. And the judge, he was also the village chief he was there surrounded by all these people called significant. The lady and gentleman arrived while continuing their quarrel. And after the greeting, she spoke first:
"This gentleman found me in my field, he asked me how far my field stop. I showed him and I resumed my work. This gentleman gone but a few moments later he returned with a wounded sheep accusing me of having wounded. But I swear that sheep I've ever seen. That's why we're here sir. "It was the turn of the gentleman:
"I was looking for my sheep," he said, and their tracks led me to the field of this lady. I told her that if she helped me find my sheep I will give one of them but I specified the injured sheep. She showed me my sheep,I gave to her the injured sheep. She wants a bigger sheep. Do you think I'll give the bulk of my sheep close to the feast of sheep? "The judge got up. He was also as deaf as a pot. And when he saw the child on the back of his mother he thought that was only a small domestic dispute. Then he turned to the gentleman:
"Sir. This child is your child. Watch also how you like. So it seems you're a bad husband. And you madam, little problems like that. It is not worth coming here to spread it to everyone. Go home! I hope that you are reconciled. "Having heard the trial, everyone laughed. And laughter infects the judge, the lady and gentleman. What did they do? They burst out laughing while having understood nothing. And it was from there that the story raises the question.
The story wants to know which of these three is the most deaf?
Lesson
It is better not to hurry to answer. We recommend somewhere in Africa, to have the neck as long as the camel, so that the floor before going out to take his time.

Ingratitude punished

Donkey

Hyena
Wende had a mother goat he confided to an old woman. One day the hyena came and ate all the little goat, while it was not there. When the mother goat came back, she never regained that heads to the boxes. Then she dug a pit and disguise the hole with a mat. She picked up all the heads of her children and put them on the mat. The next day, the hyena returned and, finding nothing, threw himself on the heads but fell into the well. At this point, a donkey came past. "My brother's ass," said the hyena, could not you take me out?
If, said the donkey, I do so, are you not going to harm me after?
If you take me out, I will do no harm to you. "The donkey let his tail into the well and the hyena grabbed it and came out . As soon as she was outside, "I'll eat," she said to the donkey because I am hungry.
I've done well, "said the donkey resigned, you make me feel bad, but God will punish you!
At that time, the hare came: "What is it? "Said the hare. The donkey explained the case. "This is not true that," said the hare. It is impossible that the hyena come out with your tail.
If it's true, "said the donkey.
Is this true? said the hare turned to the hyena.
Yes, it's true, "said the hyena.
No, this is not true, "said the hare, it's impossible.
Well you'll see, "said the hyena piqued. And she descended into the well serving always the tail of the donkey. When she was there, ready to go.
"My friend," said the hare to the donkey, do not you know a direct route to return home?
Yes, said the donkey "and he fled. The hare left also and the hyena remained in the well until he died. (Conte Burkina Faso)

The miser

It was once a very rich man. It was probably the richest man of his village. It was also the most miserly man so much so he was nicknamed M'bibizo meaning "stingy man."
M'bibizo was unique in its avaricious nature, he had neither wife nor an employee, he performed himself all the housework and he was proud not to spend.
One day, in performing its work, M'bibizo fell into a well and screamed to call for help very violent:
- Help, help!! he yelled.
Immediately, his nearest neighbor ran up and held out his hand, exclaiming:
- M'bibizo, give me your hand I'm kind of well.
But M'bibizo hated to give though and it is delayed it eventually extend his hand. This long reaction time was fatal for him,he died.

Without doubt he would have survived if his neighbor took his hand .
The village elders detained as it was much greed that eventually kill the rich M'bibizo.
Lesson:If you have been given ,Learn to share, because nobody knows why somebody can be given while others are get nothing.Wiseman said,we always need a little one than self.

Congo:Our vision

What vision would mean for Congolese? What is the vision that these people have for their own country, DR Congo?
Let us ask some questions that eventually will lead us all, elites as ordinary Congolese,to glimpse what our country is,will and should be in the decades to come.

For purposes of this presentation, we will work with the following definition: VISION is the mental representation (we do) about changing things or our daily reality from what we know today. It's a way to project into the future and to mentally represent how things have changed.

* What kind of country we, Congolese, want to live in the next millennium?
* Congo is a country that offers no hope for the day after its people.
* Congo is a country whose citizens think only to escape poverty.
* Congo is a country whose children are not enrolled or vaccinated.
* Congo is a country where students must sit on the floor to attend classes due to lack of benches as the country is full of forests (including woods exported daily to foreign ports).
* Congo is a country where teachers are not paid for years and that parents, anxious to see their children educated anyway, should contribute to the livelihood of teachers besides the tuition they had paid previously.
* Congo is a country where we continue to die of malaria, AIDS, simple diarrhea due to lack of treatment, even minor.
* Congo is a country in which children continue to suffer from polio, kwashiorkor, schistosomiasis while we export today mass of doctors, pharmacists.

* Congo is a country plagued by famine when there are plenty of arable land and it rains all year around.
* Congo is a country where children, women and men are wasted due to lack of adequate nutrition.
* Congo is a country where people take a meal every 3 days, sometimes not.
* Congo is a country where the monthly disposable income of a worker does not even allow him to cover transportation costs for a week?

* Congo is a land of misery where people, even in urban areas, have access to only the piss water ponds and creeks.
* Congo is a country that has capacity more than enough energy to light all of Africa while the majority of its inhabitants do not even enjoy the light from a 25 watt bulb.It is the richest country in the world taking about natural resources(land;water;forest;minerals;energy...)
* Congo is a country whose leaders are corrupt, and where everything is marketable.
* Congo is a country that has no infrastructure (no roads, no bridges, no water, no telephone, no affordable health centers, no good schools, etc..).
* Congo is a country that continue to remain a country of extraction of raw materials.
* Congo is a country for which leaders are chosen from other countries (remember that a leader of a neighboring country of Congo said: I have a say in the choice of who governs Kinshasa).
* Congo is a country that receives direction from other countries (big or small).
* Cong is at risk of been cutting up apart and its areas been annexed by its neighbors.

-Who has the solutions to all our problems?
Answer: no one but the Congolese!
-Who should make the Congo a nice country to live?
Answer: no one but the Congolese!
-Who can make the Congo an economic giant?
Answer: no one but the Congolese!
-Who can ensure that the Congo has an impact on world affairs?
Answer: no one but the Congolese!

If our country really was not worth, why so many people would fight for it. This is certainly because he is a gem. We Congolese, can still make the gem more beautiful and better.
Because we have space, natural and human resources (60 million women and men)

What we need else?
The political unity and national will? We can develop, it depends only on us.
The technology? We can develop and / or acquire from other nations.

In fact, the ingredients for a strong and lasting success is not beyond our reach. We can change things if we have the vision (in fact, good vision) and initiative. Only by trusting in us, working and being sure of our future as we move forward and change our existence as a nation and all people. There is no other secret.

Yes Mr.Michel Pumba(congoline),your are right.
LET US STAND UP,WAKE UP,STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS AND DON'T GIVE UP TO FIGHT.
